Both Ends Finish Machine for Large Fabricated Pipe
Special Purpose Machine for Flange machining and Spigot machining at both the ends of large fabricated pipes. The fabricated pipe is loaded and clamped on a twin - saddle unit and is fed into the cutter Head for boring and turning operations. Facing of Flange is done by Carbide Multiple Tool Holder moving radially outwards. Entire machine is powered and controlled hydraulically. Pipes of dia upto 1200 mm and lengths upto 3000 mm are machined on this machine.
